Outlooks – Migration in OWL

Migrants are often seen as a homogeneous group of people and migration as a problem. Ten students from FH Bielefeld challenge this point of view by carefully exploring single aspects of migration. They engage in topics like identity, prejudice and perception, they discover success stories, the present an imported exotic touch in the middle of westfalian idyll and they study the influence of migration on culture.

The expressive photographs open the view on the diversity of people and their stories in Ostwestfalen Lippe.
